Test your website integration

To check that your website integration with Dotdigital Personalization is working correctly:

1. In Personalization, select the Account menu icon, then go to Settings > Website Settings > Test Website Integration.
2. For Script Test, enter the URL of the website you want to test the Personalization script for.
3. Select Test.

This runs a test in the background and tells you if the Personalization script is working or not.

Troubleshooting

If the system can't detect the Personalization script on the page, this could be because the page's security settings prevented Personalization from rendering it.

To check if this is the reason, select Open page in new tab, then select Test again.
